How We Ensure Every Customer Experience is a Satisfying One
First, when you call or email to request a quote, we work with you to ensure that the material, size, and angle you want to cope is compliant with our machine. At your request we can send you a free sample kit which contains samples of different-sized coped tubing, a flyer, and a business card. Ultimately, we want to make sure our machine is the right fit for your job just as much as you do.

When you do decide to purchase our machine, we accept check, credit card or if time is critical, we can accept wire transfers. Once we receive payment we’ll ship your machine in a sturdy wooden crate. The CopeMatic Pro crate measures 32” x 36” x 48” and weighs 400 lbs.

Once you receive the machine, we’re here to answer any questions our manual hasn’t been able to address. We are happy to advise on the use of the CopeMatic relative to your specific needs.

If, upon receiving and inspecting the machine, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please call us to see if we can work with you to resolve the problem, or send it back to us in original condition in the original crate postmarked within 5 business days and we will give you a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping.

Additionally:

  • If it benefits your organization, we’re happy to be your supplier for cutters and various other parts. Just let us know what you need and we’ll help you determine if we’re the right supply partner for your needs.
  • If you’re in the middle of a large project and need our machine ASAP, ask about our rush processing. We’ve been delighted to help several of our customers get what they need in unusually short time.

Finally, our staff can more quickly and effectively help you if you have the following information ready when you call or email us:

  1. Your company name, shipping address, and phone number
  2. Your preferred contact name and phone number
  3. Whether or not you you’ll need a liftgate at delivery
  4. Whether you have a preferred shipping carrier, or would like a shipping quote from us
